STEP 1
Refer to the Minimum Sample Requirements Document below for instructions on the determination of your samples’ minimum requirements.
Important Notices:
- Samples for sterility testing should be sent in the dispensing container.
- Suspensions require a separate sample for microbiological and chemical tests.
- Please send two(2) separate sample containers if requesting potency and microbiology analysis on the same sample.
STEP 2
To begin submitting samples with Capital BioLabs, you must contact us to register. Once customer registration is complete, we will send a Sample Submission Form.
STEP 3
We strongly suggest overnight shipping so that you can track your shipment.
For preparations that are temperature sensitive, send in a cool-pack
Be sure to properly package to prevent leaking or breaking. Make sure all vials or syringes are capped securely.
Don't Forget -
Please include a formula worksheet for all preparations requiring a chemical test.
Be sure to indicate any special handling requirements for your preparation.

Completion of Sample Submission
Upon completion of all of your tests, Capital BioLabs will issue a Final Laboratory Report and invoice for the test(s).
