Carla Rampy

Carla Megargee has over 15 years of pharmaceutical industry experience specifically in the Quality and Validation Engineering area. Before starting her own company, Carla worked for AAIPharma, a Wilmington, NC based Contract Manufacturer, as part of the Business Development team. She began her career at AAC Consulting, later acquired by Kendle International, a group formed by ex-agency officials who worked for the Federal Drug Administration (FDA). During her time at AAC Consulting, she traveled frequently to various pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies performing mock audits, validation engineering documentation and execution work. She has worked for Human Genome Sciences, MedImmune and various smaller biotechnology firms throughout her career. Carla is a member of International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineering and Parenteral Drug Association. She holds a B.S. in Biological Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Masters in Business Administration from University of North Carolina Wilmington.
